Due to the nature of our handmade items, every order is made especially for you. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be created. Orders are usually created and shipped within a few days, but always allow up to 7 days. That does not include shipping time. Larger orders may take longer to create.
Due to the nature of our handmade items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Cancellations will be charged a minimum $5.00 fee. If I’ve already started working on your order, your cancellation will be 20% of the total invoice amount.
